Extended Stay America - Columbia - West - Interstate-126 is a quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a full kitchenette in each. The staff and management are great, nice, respectful, and hospitable, providing excellent service and care. The safety is great and the walkability is good, with a Waffle House and 7-Eleven within walking distance. The riverbank zoo is right next door and downtown Columbia is a very short drive away. Guests note the employees are helpful and make sure stays are comfortable.

I love this place the staff are really nice and respectful and the rooms are clean and breakfast on the go is always available

The rooms are not updated but the service and care from the employees made up for it. Ms. Addie the GM, Della, Sheila and Anthony made things pleasant in a not so pleasant time. Even the housekeepers and grounds men made sure we had what we needed.
