“Before I say anything, you have to remember this is urgent care. I don’t expect the same level of attention or time as my primary care provider visits. But every time I’ve needed an urgent (same day or next day) visit, this location has served us well. Dr. Goodwin is a great doctor. She spends what limited time she has asking questions and thinking about what could be ailing you. When necessary, she’s requested x-rays and bloodwork (with our approval). All of the nurses and reception staff are friendly as well, and they get it done.
Again, this is urgent care. That means wait times may be long. But the level of care I have received has been exemplary. Shout out to Patrice for helping me with my bloodwork - I’m kind of a wuss. But she talked me through it!”
