“Ivy Park Family Medicine, Dr. Reynolds and his team are wonderful! I really appreciate how it's never been overcrowded when I go. Elizabeth at the front desk is so friendly, kind, and helpful. Nurse Lynn is also very kind and attentive to your needs. Dr. Reynolds is extremely knowledgeable and even though he knows what is going on pretty much right away, he does not make you feel rushed. He truly takes the time to listen to what is going on and helps you fully before letting you go. He is very personable and always asks if there is anything else that you may need help with at that time. I think it is an amazing team and when I am low, due to my health or an injury, I would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you for your care!”

“Dr. Petrilli is absolutely wonderful! She has the best bedside manner and she really listens to the needs and concerns of the patient and works with them to find a solution. She is very knowledgeable, but comes across as humble and never talks down to you. She's very genuine and personable, and I feel like I can truly trust her with my health, knowing she's going to take good care of me. She's never bothered by my questions or long detailed explanations. I always feel cared for and encouraged when I leave here!”

I have not had many good experiences with doctors or nurse practitioners in adulthood; and as such I have avoided them like the plague for almost a decade as a result. That being said Nurse Practitioner Cain put me at ease the moment she walked through the door and introduced herself. She listened carefully, asked clarifying questions to completely understand my concerns, and talked me through the next steps and labs I needed.
