Games Workshop is a store dedicated to the hobby of collecting, painting, and gaming with Warhammer fantasy miniatures. Customers can choose between Warhammer Age of Sigmar or Warhammer 40,000. The store offers free introductory activities to help newcomers choose their model and learn the game. The staff, including one manager, are consistently described as fantastic, helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable. They cultivate a welcoming environment for all, from children and teenagers to older newcomers, effectively teaching them how to play, build, and paint their first models. This makes the store an excellent place for those taking their first leap into the tabletop hobby, even for those with social anxiety. The store is generally well-stocked and can order items not currently available using a ship-to-store system. Gameplay has also returned to the location. Many customers leave with their first models to build and paint, develop long wishlists, and plan to return, having had a great and amazing overall experience.
Awesome store and people. Very encouraging when you tell them your curiosity for Warhammer started with Space Marines 2, lol. No elitism or judgment, very kind staff and helpful!
