Never had an experience at this location quite like the one I had today. The employee, Mary Jane, raised her voice at me while I was shopping with my nieces! She stated that she did not like how I did not speak back to her when she walked past us. Her eagerness to try and have a back and forth with me, in front of my nieces AND other customers, was very distasteful! Very!

Ordered Online, Picked Up in Store.
*ALMOST TURNED AWAY*
Very DIFFICULT to find Associate for HELP. âPick Up Locationâ was in âBEDDINGâ. Cashier gave âBAD DIRECTIONSâ that took me around ENTIRE STORE instead of âTurn Left, then Straight Back. Desk will be on your Leftâ. *SHOULD HAVE put âCUSTOMER Firstâ, NOT âSALES TACTICSâ* {esp since was CLOSING in 5 MINUTES}!!!
ALMOST DIDNâT GET ITEM IN TIME!!!(Needed as Gift next Morning when Store would be CLOSED.)

Located in a shopping mall that is overpriced, has traffic issues, and has poor management, I'm surprised the store is still open.Parking is okay when not too busy, the staff of the store honestly I've never seen a smile on their face, they all seem to just be waiting for the clock to run out so they can leave.The store is not very well maintained, clothing unfolded thrown around.I was looking to get some ties for my son, and they were just strung around the store.You can never find help with anything. It's possible they have staffing issues because it's a smaller store. Maybe they just don't have the budget.Given the location and size of the store, the prices are high for everything.Another issue is a display will say 60% off, for instance, but the way things are presented, you don't know which item is 60% off or if it's the item next to it.And when you get to the register, you're just as likely to leave items behind because they were mispriced.If the store is going to stay at this location it should really get some updating.High priced, poor staff, questionable parking I would probably go to a different location unless you had no other choice.

I went to pick up an online order with my child today, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of the employees who happened to be an African-American woman. She displayed disrespectful and borderline belligerent behavior due to customers not forming a proper line for pickups or returns. In my opinion, it would be valuable for her to undergo additional customer service training and perhaps even consider seeking some spiritual counseling.
