We all know that Penneys check out lines afford us ample time to read war and peace. The coupon system is ridiculous. However, the staff easily makes up for all of that. These inconveniences are worth the product and deal.

This is definitely the better location to the Irmo store! It has staff. Imagine that! And nice, qualified staff. Great selection and tidy. Got great deals the week prior to black Friday.
