From the walk in we were warmly greeted by the employees but Aston worked with us personally . My wife and I were looking to upgrade our rings and failed to find anything we really liked until we came to reeds.
From her kind attitude , impressive knowledge , the way she made us feel comfortable and matched the vision we gave her contributed to such a memorable experience !! She also introduced us to Matthew that assisted with the extra info on customization of two different rings
Not only was my wife and I able to found our dream rings , Aston also enlightened us on the cool customizations available . (Highly recommend asking about that when u go!)

“Originally visited the store to see if they would repair a couple of gold chains for mom. Saw a ring I wanted for mom and planned to buy it when I picked up her chains. The chains were gleaming!!! Didn’t recognize them. Mom asked did I buy her new chains! They resized the new ring for her and repaired her over 50 year old engagement ring. She’s still admiring it and asked about taking another ring in for repair. The prices are amazing and customer service above par. I’m going back soon.”

“This is my sweet spot! I go in for a couple of things and spend hours because there's so many beautiful things that I can't believe without looking at all of them and it takes that long to see them all. It doesn't matter whether you do beading and make jewelry or not if you haven't been here you need to go! They are so good and helpful, and I make my own, but they have a sign there that they will help things together for basically the price of the materials I believe(?). But it should on the list of "must see's" in Columbia! Plenty of storeside parking and the nicest folks anywhere. He's a few examples of the expert workmanship they've put together for sale, but the vast majority is bead stands, rocks, crystals, and findin gas. Beads, brass, beads! On the rare occasion that they don't have exactly what I'm looking for, they are always able to help me find something that will work out just as well if not better. Even if you're just a now and then obvious to likes to put together a bracelet and necklace or earrings now and then with parts from the big box stores, you owe it to yourself to check this paradise out and find out how much you've been overpaying.”

I picked up on my lunch break as usual but I knew I was in trouble when the one guy ahead of me kept looking at his watch. Kelsey seems to be very very laid back and moves at a very slow pace. I picked the wrong day to use my lunch break to pick up especially having to get on I-26 in the Harbison area then get there and have to wait longer than normal. Won’t try that again.”
