“WOW! It's been quite a while since I actually enjoyed going to a laundromat to wash and dry comforters, but I enjoyed this trip.
Before I could even ask for help (thought I could use my debit card) Frederick was right there to walk me through how to get a laundry card and he didn't just walk away after helping me get the laundry card! He showed me how to use it and the correct settings for the washer. Then, without me having to ask, was right there to ensure I knew how to not only use the card for the dryer but to advise they use gas for their dryers and for the hot water for the washers!! Large, over-stuffed comforters were completely dry on medium heat after just 20 minutes!
$10 for largest capacity washer. $1.60 for large capacity dryer. $2 fee for laundry card.
What?! Impeccable, engaging, knowledgeable customer service at this laundromat and reasonable pricing!!!! I'm genuinely looking forward to the next time I need to wash and dry comforters here!

“Our washer broke over the weekend and the replacement part hasn’t arrived yet so I had to go to the Rosewood location twice this week. Having to drag my two very wild toddlers along with me was a pain but the attendant was so friendly, helpful, and understanding-she made it so much less stressful. The machines were a little pricey (I’m not sure how they compare to other places) but it was worth it to be able to do multiple loads in the big washers and the facility was well kept. We’ll be using this location in the future for any big items that are tough to wash at home.”
“Ricky, our service guy, does an exemplary job for us. I always feel taken care of, and there are never any problems to resolve (which is better than resolving problems well!). He works with our odd (at times) schedule, and I never wonder if we are going to be covered on product. His deliveries are exact; he never misses. My previous reps Randy & Jule were very, very good. I think Ricky is possibly even better! While products might not be perfect, the prices are exceptional, which makes for great overall value! I appreciate ALSCO!”

“So i took a trip to the laundry mat today to wash some comforters and this was my first time in a LONGGG time! I had no idea where to put the detergent and how to work the machines! The employee vanity was so helpful and sweat! She was patient and walked me through everything and it was a piece of cake! “I had a wonderful experience thanks to Ms. Windy. After a previous visit where I had a bad experience with another attendant, she completely changed my impression of this laundromat.
I got off work late and arrived close to closing time, but Ms. Windy stayed over without complaining and was very understanding of my work schedule. “The washers were quick but did the job like I expect from a commercial washer. Heavy duty dirt and stains all came out even though it was a quick wash. The dryers were hot and dried my comforter in 16 minutes! The place was clean and well lit. Would highly recommend to others!”
“Haven’t been to a laundromat since early camping days a found a lovely surprise awaiting! The site was well equipped with both extra large and regular sized washers and dryers. Their attendant, Annette, was very helpful in showing me how to choose just the right size machine, method of payment (cash or card), and suggested dryer times. A special debit card is used to operate all machines. I had a very large comforter, pillows and shower curtains, which came out beautifully using the generously sized washers and dryers. I should also mention that the place was spotless and well maintained!”
“I’ve been using Michael’s Cleaning for 3 years and every time I’ve had great service. I always take my husband’s Army Service Uniform there to get cleaned and not only do they do a good job, it’s an extremely quick turn around and it’s always really cheap.”
“Nice , clean,& easy to do on your own . Very quiet & slow in the mornings. Be careful & make sure the machine is lit up before putting laundry card in because it will take your money & there’s no on site employees there nor do they answer the phone. That’s my only issue due to the fact each load is $5-6 but other than that great place to do clothes.”

If you're against going where it's alot of people. Avoid. The area around it is pretty bad. But if you simply want to do your load then it's a smooth 4 stars. They have both coin and card. But bring quarters because the quarter machine is down. The New/better dryers are coins. The better washers are both card and coins. Bring a chair to wait, or wait in your car because the seating area is little to none. No snack machine but there is a gas station across the street. My favorite is the library do bring books to ready while you're waiting every 2 weeks or so. So you do have little entertainment while waiting for your clothes.”

While I was waiting to get my clothes on this past Saturday, I heard her interacting with a customer in the drive through; she was very nice, and her tone indicated that she cared. She provided great customer service. Good to see employees who care about their job and others. I wish I could remember her name.”
