“I am from out of state and had to come here because the hotel did not have a laundry. Very clean and well maintained. The entire time I was there, all I saw was the attendant cleaning the machines, wiping down tables and sweeping. I highly recommend. there is an ATM machine, change machine, vending machine. Some washers & dryers take credit/debit cards and other machines takes quartes. Smaller dryers are .25 for 5 minutes. Larger dryers are .50 for 6 minutes.”

“Service at Tripp’s is exemplary. They let know exactly when your items will ready for pick up. They also take great care of cashmere and beaded collars and clothing. I can’t think of anywhere else that would provide such care.”

“I don’t want other people to know how good this laundry mat is because It’s so nice and generally not busy and I don’t want anyone else to know about how great it is so I can have it all to my self. After visiting lots of laundry mats in Columbia, this is the nicest, safest, best one. Love it here!”

“Pretty good place. There is one employee there that almost always picks the area I'm in to clean the dryer vents. Lint all over my clothes plus, they stand right in front of the dryers I'm using...ugh”

“I can't express how much Lori helped out!!! I'm washing our 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade jerseys since we are in town for our AAU tournament and instead of just putting my clothes to the side she put them in the dryer and completed what I was struggling to do!! I can't express how much this meant to us (me)!!! Thank You Lori, from the Low Country Premiere Ballers!! We appreciate you!! We will never go to another laundry matt while we are in town!!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dry cleaner. They pressed my wedding dress, and I trusted them with one of the most important garments of my life and they exceeded every expectation!! This is a family-owned business run by truly amazing people who have years of experience. My dress was flawless and done in a very quick timeline. Beyond their incredible work, they are genuinely kind, honest people who treat every customer like family. If you’re looking for a dry cleaner you can trust, especially with something meaningful, look no further!!”

“WOW! It's been quite a while since I actually enjoyed going to a laundromat to wash and dry comforters, but I enjoyed this trip. Before I could even ask for help (thought I could use my debit card) Frederick was right there to walk me through how to get a laundry card and he didn't just walk away after helping me get the laundry card! He showed me how to use it and the correct settings for the washer. Then, without me having to ask, was right there to ensure I knew how to not only use the card for the dryer but to advise they use gas for their dryers and for the hot water for the washers!! Large, over-stuffed comforters were completely dry on medium heat after just 20 minutes! $10 for largest capacity washer. $1.60 for large capacity dryer. $2 fee for laundry card. What?! Impeccable, engaging, knowledgeable customer service at this laundromat and reasonable pricing!!!! I'm genuinely looking forward to the next time I need to wash and dry comforters here! Thank you for all your assistance, Frederick!”

“Ricky, our service guy, does an exemplary job for us. I always feel taken care of, and there are never any problems to resolve (which is better than resolving problems well!). He works with our odd (at times) schedule, and I never wonder if we are going to be covered on product. His deliveries are exact; he never misses. My previous reps Randy & Jule were very, very good. I think Ricky is possibly even better! While products might not be perfect, the prices are exceptional, which makes for great overall value! I appreciate ALSCO!”

“I chose to use Tripp's Fine Cleaners because my dress that needed cleaning had sequins on it that needed careful handling. The dress was returned clean, nicely pressed, and the sequins were kept in excellent condition. The dress was also ready on time, and I received a prompt text to let me know that it was ready.”

“I had a wonderful experience thanks to Ms. Windy. After a previous visit where I had a bad experience with another attendant, she completely changed my impression of this laundromat. I got off work late and arrived close to closing time, but Ms. Windy stayed over without complaining and was very understanding of my work schedule. She was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and her customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciate how accommodating she was and how she went above and beyond to help me. Employees like Ms. Windy make all the difference. Thank you for your kindness and dedication! I will definitely be returning every weekend when Ms. Windy is working. She is greatly appreciated and deserves recognition for the excellent service she provides. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I love the $9 washing machines they are perfect for washing comforters. I love how they have 2 types of dryers. 1 dryer is for regular load and the big dryers that are located in the middle are for big loads and comforters.”

“Haven’t been to a laundromat since early camping days a found a lovely surprise awaiting! The site was well equipped with both extra large and regular sized washers and dryers. Their attendant, Annette, was very helpful in showing me how to choose just the right size machine, method of payment (cash or card), and suggested dryer times. A special debit card is used to operate all machines. I had a very large comforter, pillows and shower curtains, which came out beautifully using the generously sized washers and dryers. I should also mention that the place was spotless and well maintained!”

“Great combination of coin machines and debit card machines, plus a change machine, so you can use whatever works best for you. It wasn’t busy when I went, which was helpful. My only suggestions would be to add a few extra chairs and have someone sweep the floors a bit more often. Other than that, it was a good experience.”

“Nice , clean,& easy to do on your own . Very quiet & slow in the mornings. Be careful & make sure the machine is lit up before putting laundry card in because it will take your money & there’s no on site employees there nor do they answer the phone. That’s my only issue due to the fact each load is $5-6 but other than that great place to do clothes.”
