Macy's at the Rogue Valley Mall offers a first class selection of top fashion brands, clothing, shoes, housewares, and gifts. The store carries a variety of items, though it does not carry all the brands some customers expect. The associates and cashiers are described as nice, sweet, helpful, and friendly. Online order pick-up is noted as surprisingly easy and fast. However, the surrounding mall location is seen as depressing with many permanently closed stores, though the store's own entrance is recommended. Some customers express disappointment with coupon qualifications and limited selection, while others report successful purchases from the sale area.
Macy's not how they use to be,,, pocket book selection sucks,,, nice dress attire though and bomb shoes

I enjoyed shopping at Macy's! I found what I was (not) really looking for :) ; however, the deal was GREAT! I was especially made to feel at home because of one of the check-out clerks -- Jackie. She has the most pleasant personality!!! I wish all clerks at all store were as pleasant as she is.

This Macy's is bleak. It's the last store left in this mall. It's on life support.
