They had a sale on luggage, and I wanted to use one of my coupons out of the booklet. Once you read the fine print, you can't use them. They even sent me a birthday coupon, which was useless. That is wasteful of paper and also killing a lot of trees for no reason.

Not a Macy's I would recommend coming to. The area around the mall is run down and it seems like this Macy's is just hanging on by a thread.
