About Granby Mill at The Mills
Granby Mill at The Mills offers a lively and social living environment, perfect for college students looking for an engaging community. The apartments are spacious and feature unique attractions like volleyball courts, a pool, mini golf, and bocci courts, providing plenty of recreational options. Residents appreciate the fast maintenance response but have noted some issues, including parking difficulties and crowded gyms with broken equipment. The tall windows give a stylish appearance to the apartments but can lead to excessive heat, necessitating constant air conditioning use.
While some residents have reported problems like nails on the floor, broken bathroom cabinets, and noise from nightlife parties due to thin walls, the overall experience is positive. The leasing office is friendly and occasionally offers catering services, enhancing the community feel. However, potential residents should prepare for challenges such as finding parking after 7 PM and dealing with malfunctioning elevators. Despite these drawbacks, Granby Mill is recommended for its fun atmosphere and vibrant community, making it a worthwhile choice for students.
