I have been with this bank for years, and what baffles me is the "Overdraft PRIVILEGE Fee". The account does not notify you if your funds are low in the checking account; however, it will charge you $24.50 for every attempt you make. Usually, the $24.50 will be refunded but now that that has changed in the game, you have to pay all the overdraft to the bank, causing less and less money moved from your other accounts. It's a joke! Just like the "Tamara A." who expressed nothing but an attitude and rudeness while I simply asked, "WHY..." So Tamara A, I hope the rest of your days suck just like you. As far as everyone else, it's not okay to be rude just because you have a bad day. The world does NOT revolve around you. We all have stuff we are dealing with, and whether the answer is a 'yes' or a 'no', at least be polite about it.

Customer service is horrible. I have had nothing but issues and have now had money for my kids Christmas stollan from me and have been told 3 times now that the ATM manger wont answer or do anything about it. Removing my account EMIDIATLY...

Customer Service is terrible. Almost- everyone has a attitude for no reason clearly annoyed with having to do their job, very judge-mental as well no one honestly wants to help you or educate you they just assume you know everything. Don’t bank here unless you necessarily have to, God forbid you have a hardship of any kind or any questions. Also there is no 24 hour customer service line.

Palmetto Citizens on Bush River Rd. has always been so courteous and helpful to me no matter what comes up. I have never had to wait to see a representative, and when meeting with them they did things for me which I was unable to do, especially on my computer. I highly recommend this bank to anyone.

They dont have a 24 hour line to speak with someone about account information. Ive called every number listed and not one number connected me to a live person about my account. When the bank opens on monday i will be removing my money and going to another bank that has a number for me to contact someone whenever i need to.

KAYLA the person in charge of handling card replacements/fraud reports was clearly annoyed with having to do her job. I really did not like her tone, very condescending and seemed irritated that I asked a question because I didn't hear what she had said. Im aware that it can be a stressful position but employment in this country is voluntary.

I've been a member of Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit union for about 20 years. I have not had any negative experiences. The staff are always pleasant, cheerful and able to help with needs.

Absolute worst customer service of any bank. Tellers are mindlessly slow. Fraud claim process is a nightmare. Card security is so bad everything you use the card it gets hacked. Go somewhere else you'll be grateful you did!
