Palmetto Commercial Services is a leader in the commercial cleaning industry in Columbia, SC. By working with a large number of property managers and maintenance managers, we opened a residential division to our service offerings, including, but not limited to, residential interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and installation, basic house maintenance, ceiling repair, light fixture installation, etc. We currently do work for several banks and property management companies on rental properties and foreclosed homes, as well as homeowners looking to make improvements to their investments. We typically meet with a client, discuss price and terms, submit an itemized bid, and collect payment upon completion of work. We offer free estimates on all of our work.
