“Our experience with Details Count Detailing was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. We were staying at Lake Murray for the weekend and our RAV4 got infested with ants overnight. I called Details Count first thing in the morning and they said they could handle it that day. And they DID! They did a spectacular job cleaning both the engine cavity and inside our car METICULOUSLY. In addition to handling all the ants, the detail work on both the outside and inside bar none. And on top of ALL that, their staff were the kindest, most genuine people that were so wonderful to work with. We worked primarily with Allen and he was extremely kind and communicative. They truly helped us turn lemons into lemonade and our car looks brand new again... and the ants are gone! Thank you a million, Allen and team!”
“They are very transparent and thorough. They provide detailed notes regarding issues found with pictures to match, so there's no guessing as to why a service was suggested. Everyone was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. There is a sort of wait list, but that just shows how many people trust them and feel like it's worth the wait. It was well worth it for me.”

“This is my 3rd time coming here and each time they've done a pretty good job. If they miss a spot or you need them to look over something again, they're very attentive. The value is pretty good as well. Considering i have an suv, my car was only about $35 for wash (included vacuum, tire shine) but I believe actual detailing cost more. They have a few chairs outside you can sit and wait and a few inside. They're located at Leesburg Plaza so there is a restaurant you can go to while you wait as well. Since it's close to home, it's definitely convenient and my go to spot for a wash”

“I've been a member since the first one opened on Killian and Farrow Rd. I have 3 vehicles under my membership. Love the car wash. But I can say the vacuums on Killian could be a little bit better and they could tap down on the other customers music being played during vacuuming. Other than that I have no problems.”

The owner came from GA to service my vehicle to prepare it for sale. It had been sitting under pine trees for a year. “I read the bad reviews and they're just people who didn't know to press the button when the 8 minutes is almost up. My card was initially charged 10 but changed to 5 on my statement. I feel bad that those reviews are allowed to damage someone's reputation who isn't doing bad biness.”
“I love this place! We were able to wash our pup under 10 minutes and the cleanup was really easy. It has everything you need with some variety in shampoo and conditioner options. They even have towels and a blow dryer so no need to bring anything with you. We will definitely be bringing our pup back!”
“I love this place. It's the closest touch-free car wash in my neighborhood. Lots of other car washes say touchless but this is actually touchless and you won't have scratches on your car. The vacuums work really well and get all the dirt out of my car. The car wash gets all the bugs off of my windshield. My car is shining afterwards. The wax portion of the wash seems to do pretty well also. I only do the $10 wash which is the cheapest and it does a really good job every time. I wish the vacuum and the drying portion of the car wash were longer but I want that at every car wash. Overall, a really good wash, touch free, and all just for $10.”
“When the brushes broke my rear windshield wiper during the automated car wash I was fearful that I wouldn't receive any assistance from the business for my vehicle's repair.
However, owner Dean Meidanis put my worries to rest. He purchased the replacement parts AND DID THE REPAIR HIMSELF! His onsite employee Mike was also very helpful, assuring me all the while that Dean was a decent, trustworthy person and would make sure I was taken care of.
As a woman it is challenging sometimes navigating auto repairs independently. Dean and Mike made me feel seen, heard, valued and respected. This business is stellar! I'm very glad it's in my community so I can always continue to support it.

Good wash on the truck, clean area, plenty of spots to vacuum and do whatever else you need to for interior cleaning. If you're in the area and need to shine up your ride, head their way! Highly recommend!!!”
