Katie was very helpful with the issues of the space . She made the transition to a bigger space so easy. Shes very pleasant.

I’ve never had a storage unit before. As far as signing up & making an account. I like how the virtual person is there. It was so so easy to find my storage unit. Everything was actually in place all I had to do was drop my clothes off or etc and lock it and go.
