Talbots offers a great shopping experience with helpful and wonderful staff, providing phenomenal and eager customer service. The store features well-made, classic clothes that are pricey but worth every penny. Staff are happy to help, often going above, such as finding specific items. The manager provides a personal shopper experience and is great with style and colors. Note that Sunday hours close at 5 PM, not 6 PM.

I absolutely love the manager, Amy, at this store. She is always so happy to help. All of the workers are wonderful….always on top of customer service.

Pricey but worth every penny: well-made, classic clothes. I wanted a second pair of their summer weight athletic slacks because it's hot here most of the year. But it was winter, so the sales associate dug in the back until he found them!
