“Went in to get the transmission rebuilt on my 98’ SHO. Was a very quick turn around time, and reasonably priced for the work. They have a very high attention to detail and photograph everything when diagnosing the vehicle to address issues you may not have known. Frank made sure to call and update as they went along for approvals for work and eta’s. After getting my vehicle back I ended up having a different issue pop up for the intake and valve covers. They worked with me on the pricing despite the problem with finding parts and got it back on the road again. She’s running like a top now with no issues, would highly recommend the gentleman at Cottman for transmission and general auto repair.”

“The service was good but the price was to high. Had my own alternator & they charged $470 to put a alternator in. $235 per hour. That's high way robery. My car will never go back there again for any kind of work. They took advantage of the situation and my wife & I just had a surgery & just spent $1300 with them last month.”
“I have been here twice and this place is great! It is a little out of my way, but definitely worth it. The first time....New to the area and needed some work done on my truck. I knew what the issue was, water pump needing to be replaced. I had called 2 other places first, close to me, and when I told them the issue, I was treated like I was a moron. When I called Complete Car Care, I was spoken to like I had a clue, with respect. I absolutely appreciate that!! The second time....treated with the same respect.”

“This place was honestly pretty impressive. When I walked in to get my oil changed they were slammed busy. Parking lot full and customers half filling the lobby. The pretty women at the front got everyone checked in, seated (if you were waiting on location for your vehicle), offered me a drink and applied an online discount that got me 50% off of my oil change.
Still I thought I'd be waiting for hours so I settled in. Probably the second time in a 30 minute span I checked to see if my car was in the back yet, they had half the lot cleared out and I almost immediately turned around to one of the techs handing over my keys. Bravo to those sneaky mo fo's. I was over the day and needed that win. That was brilliant ????”

On a Saturday morning, while on my way to work, I stopped at a car wash for my new car and suddenly heard a loud pop—my tire had been sliced. I still needed to be at work by 8:15, so I went in and someone recommended Mavis Tire. They were kind enough to follow me there, and I had to leave my car in their care so I could get to work on time.
From start to finish, they did right by me. The team took great care of my vehicle, kept me informed, and even followed up with a call on Monday. They worked with my insurance company and handled everything seamlessly, including ordering a new tire and getting it installed quickly when it arrived.
The level of service, professionalism, and genuine care I experienced was outstanding. As someone who works in customer service myself, that truly stood out. In fact, I recently had a customer who needed new tires, and without hesitation, I recommended Mavis Tire.
