They promised to get my vehicle worked in even though I did not have an appointment. The text messaging is the best I’ve ever seen. You can approve jobs, get quotes and be kept informed. After I approve the repairs, my vehicle was ready within two days. I had brakes, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, along with routine maintenance. Needless to say a lot to be done in two days with no appointment. The best part I dropped it off at night, paid my bill through the text app and pick my car up after hours with a secured lockbox key. The experience was first class. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and repair facilities over the last 40 years. I know when I just got lucky with a good service advisor or if I’m dealing with a place that has good processes. If for some reason they can't work you in that day or if some of the repair work would be more suitably done at a dealership or specialty shop they will tell you and may even recommend an alternate shop. I've always gotten good service at a very affordable price. I wouldn't consider going to any other shop for tires, rotations, oil changes, brakes, and most repair work. It is always worth your time to give them a call first.”
