Somehow my package coming from Pennsylvania came to the Columbia processing center and they sent it to New York. It took an extra week for my package to arrive and I only got it because the manager at my local post office had to reach out to the head manager at this location. Unfortunately I have to send my package back to the sender since it was completely smashed and damaged the contents. Worst experience ever!!!

The last package I got that went through this facility took a little side trip up to Springfield, MA. It was a couple of days late, but it did finally arrive. I live about 70 miles away from there, in SC.

Horrible customer service. Once they see you live far enough away from the office, I think they ‘hold’ your package and take it home for themselves. As far as ‘hold’ I mean the package goes completely rogue at this specific distribution center, for a week after the latest delivery date, and no updates can be provided online or by somebody in the customer service dept. Should be investigated.

USPS is currently redoing the PO boxes for my Apartment. Due to this, i have been advised to go to this facility to pick up my mail until this matter gets sorted. Essentially, the customer service, or lack there of, are refusing to give me my mail. At first they told me it was because it hasnt been sorted, but its been resting with yall since last week. Then they change their story saying we need to wait until they reissue us a box. Either way, absolutely no effort was made. At the end of the day, it sounds like this facility is witholding the peoples mail and that is illegal and a federal offense.

A freaking black hole for packages. This place must have some questionable ongoings and should be audited into the ground. Somewhere between 10% and 20% of my ebay orders get stuck here and I may get a refund but the items I order are irreplaceable collectibles. I will be emailing the mayor and governor and maybe making a federal referral.

Every time my mailman is off, any package Im supposed to get says it’s delivered (MULTIPLE times, MULTIPLE packages) but doesn’t get dropped off until the day the regular is back!! This is FALSIFYING scans!

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NEVER MET A BIGGER GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO TRULY DONT CARE. I WOULD FIND A BETTER POST OFFICE BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME HERE. What a group of losers working.
