Went to pick up my mail that I had in hold. I was told that pick up services end at 3pm M-F. I saw no notice of this anywhere in the building or online when I selected that option. Not sure if was true or not.

just be aware if you are trying to pick up your mail here. They won’t give it to you unless it’s convenient for them. Been refused twice now. Very disrespectful staff. It’s very frustrating.

Shipping across the country takes two days but shipping from a town 2 hours from me takes a full week and a day. What on earth??
