This office is very dirty and in desperate of a renovation. It’s a postal office it should be well kept. It’s a federal agency it shouldn’t look like it’s falling apart in the so called „greatest country on earth“

Went to get a passport and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Frank was very quick and was able to quickly answer anything I had to ask. Just have paper work prefilled out and makes it go quick.
