“Great service was provided at the store. The customer representative help me with a package that I was dropping off. I am from another state. It was a return and he was able to re-print a label seal the package again and then placed the postage on the package. The SUPA store employee could not figure out how to ship it with zero cost to customer. I visited DmFed Ex store in Columbia SC. I had two packages to ship and they were able to help me get everything processed correctly and easily. Brittany is super sweet and was very helpful. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.”
“Our product arrived in tact. We were happy for that. Unfortunately we received it 5 days after the original delivery appointment was scheduled. We had to pay 3 technicians for 2 additional hours each and for a Uhaul rental to to pick it up from the terminal when it should have been. done by Estes. Stuff happens. Our job was delayed and needed to try to keep our customer happy. The people in the terminal were very accommodating and I appreciate that.”

I want to give a shout out to Wallace he was our previous carrier on the route that I live on.
The 3 different carriers that we have now is a problem. It have been incidents where my mail was delivered to my next door neighbor address.
The mail wasn't delivered, my daughter had her title sent to my address never received it.
I had mail from Social Security that I never received. Thank God I was able to go on the site to see what the was in ference to letter was surrounding. Spoke to the post office manager, and let her know if I continue to have problems I will contact the main post office to file a complaint.
So far everything's going smoothly for the time being I hope it continues.”
