“Great service was provided at the store. The customer representative help me with a package that I was dropping off. I am from another state. It was a return and he was able to re-print a label seal the package again and then placed the postage on the package. This was a big help to me for this was the first time I was returning a package to this vendor. I just want to say thank you to that young gentleman who assisted me. This is a go to store. Thanks!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Had real problems at a UPS store trying to assist an elderly persons Direct TV equipment back after she received new equipment. The SUPA store employee could not figure out how to ship it with zero cost to customer. I visited DmFed Ex store in Columbia SC. The lady helping me had the entire process completed in approximately 6 minutes. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP FED EX!!!!? I Am extremely grateful to the lady at Fed Ex.”
“Our product arrived in tact. We were happy for that. Unfortunately we received it 5 days after the original delivery appointment was scheduled. We had to pay 3 technicians for 2 additional hours each and for a Uhaul rental to to pick it up from the terminal when it should have been. done by Estes. Stuff happens. Our job was delayed and needed to try to keep our customer happy. The people in the terminal were very accommodating and I appreciate that.”

“I have to say that I'm surprised at the low rating for this location. While I've only been going here for two years now, the service provided is always very professional and top-notch. I primarily mail packages of all sizes from here but never had a problem getting what I needed from them to shop it off, and for it to be done safely. While yes, the lines can get long, every local post office is understaffed, so I'm over that. As long as there are two people on duty, that makes it workable. I will say the one time I did not wait in line, but went to the machine instead, I regretted it (long boring story) so I won't be making that mistake again!”
