Needed a cellphone upgrade. Had just left one Verizon location (very dissatisfied with their customer service) and decided to go to another location. First and foremost, I can’t say enough about Mr. Quincy. Between the two Verizon stores it’s like night and day! Mr. Quincy greeted me as soon as I entered Verizon, I did not feel rushed, or felt like the priority was selling a cell phone plan for a quick buck! He answered all of my questions and concerns, and explained what my current plan still offered. If I ever need anything from Verizon, this location and Mr. Quincy is where I’ll be going to. Good old fashion customer service and honesty goes a long way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quincy Chirinos is without a bet the most admirable, earnest, hard-working—AND EFFECTIVE—customer service agent in history. This man should be running a company, not just serving it. He went so over the top in his service, I’m practically in tears. Dude is a GOAT.

Camron B. Helped me out tonight last minute before I left town. Although I was a last minute customer, he did not treat me as that. Full on 5 star service, I will be back at this Verizon location if Cam is here!

Today I had great customer from the sales representatives at this store. Camron Bannister assisted me with changing my carrier. He was very patient and understanding with ensuring I received the best plan from Verizon. He went above and beyond to go to a different store to grab the phone (color) I wanted. I am very excited to start my journey with Verizon.

I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others. Chris Hendricks attention to detail was impeccable. I asked him questions both about my account and upgrading my phone, and at each step of the way he thoroughly explained things in a way I could understand. As a Verizon customer for over 20 years, this is the best customer service experience I have ever received.

I came to Verizon because my screen was cracked on my phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and informed me that a technician would come to my house and repair the screen for free! While I was there, I bought one of the gear 5 wearables. I was told I had 30 days to return it but it would be a $50 restocking fee.I didn't love the gear 5 and ended up returning it 14 days later. True to their word, they accepted it back with an additional charge of thirty five dollars for taxes and fees.The local staff were fantastic to deal with. The verizon corporation leaves a ton to be desired.

I just stopped in to Verizon because I had a lot of questions regarding my insurance. I was greeted by Morgan and he was there to answer every question that I had and then he made good offers.he was able to find a solution. To my problem.And I came out with a better deal,not only did I get a new phone but I also left with a Samsung note eight, Morgan's service was prompt.Morgan is very personable and very well spoken if I were to recommend anyone to Verizon. I would Recommend them to see Morgan. He was prompted with his service. He was able to transfer all my in nation over from my old broken phone to my new materials and I am very pleased. Morgan and Chris the other salesman are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I have a new phone store for all my cellular needs.

Please pick your own phone out. Do not let them tell you what you want. Make sure you have a new phone and make sure that phone had no quirks or problems . Google the reviews, in the past I have followed their lead and ended up with a phone that they knew did not have 5 stars. They have misled or flat out lied about the performance of certain phones. It is your decision and I am to blame for trusting their word. Also stay away from a salesman named Rivers. Ask for a salesman named Jose, he is the most honest and trusted Verizon salesman and technician I have me in 13 years. He is at Cellular Sales Wal-Mart parking lot Highway #1 West Cola. 29169.

Went into this location on our way to Beaufort and stopped in because my moms phone wasn’t working and couldn’t get into her phone Michael(recognized with a big smile) who helped us transfer her number over did more than what Apple, and the Verizon stores by us could do in a day in just 5 minutes! He definitely needs a raise!
