I have never had a bad customer service experience with Verizon until I stopped by this store. We just needed to get a new phone. The representative made it clear from the beginning that we were interrupting his morning and the passive aggressive way he spoke to me was infuriating. I wanted to walk out - and should have done so, but needed this new phone to conduct business on. I will never go back to this store again.

They don't want to do their job. I went to return my Wi-Fi router and was told I needed to have the cable for it to return it. I went all the way back home to get it just for them to tell me I need to call customer service when I get back. Could have told me that the first time I was there. Absolutely insane

I didn't get the young lady's name that helped me today but I walked in there to try to replace my Google pixel 7 due to a software issue because that's what customer service told us to do over the phone and that it would be free it was indeed not we were given wrong information and she kindly walked me through everything I needed to do before I could get a new phone unfortunately I wasnt able to get a new phone today :( because my phone is cracked but she was very very sweet and explained everything to me in full detail on what I needed to do if I wanted to replace the phone since didn't have insurance on it! I will be going to this location for the foreseeable future she was very sweet and I hope she's there next time I come in to buy my new phone :)

You have been warned. Quite possibly the most inept and rude manager and team I have tried to do business with. If you have any problems they are rude and do not attempt to solve the problem. Their service is as bad as their network. That is why so many have moved to TMobile.

If you want a sterile, digital, in-human, disinterested, slow, miserable experience - this is the store for you. To process my order, they used the My Verizon app, which I could have done from home and had the phone shipped to my house. I'll certainly do that next time.

Darkskinned gay male with facial hair let me know there was nothing they could do for me at this location because he assumed I was scamming because I was unable to purchase my phone after multiple attempts. I came into the store the night before and my bf said he was warning his co-worked about me, giving me funny looks, and shaking his head as he left the store. I was unaware of this. A very nice employee was helping me open up a new application and was even on the phone with support to help me out. He gave me an application number to come in the next day and finish the process only for the man I’ve described to tell me their was nothing he could do for me with a very passive aggressive attitude. I did not sell my phone to be treated as a threat based off of his pitiful assumptions of me. I ended up going to another nearby location and got proper customer service and treatment. You’re loss. Learn how to read people better or get a new job. Your service was piss poor.

Very slow service, as they didn't have many staff to help people. You had to wait in line. We were the 4th/5th person to be helped, I say this cause the person who was ahead of us had a simple possible fix to her issue, a hard reset of the device, where I instructed her to hold all 3 buttons of her Samsung device turning it back on for her. This helped fix her problem, so we moved up on the list to be helped. Once we were assisted, the service was phenomenal, I hate to subtract a star, but this service is what helped keep it a 4. The person who was helping explained everything clearly helped with the 4-6 issues we came in with, got them done in record time, 30 or so minutes I believe to help with everything. They even sold us on the version home internet, which so far isn't a hassle and is even less than spectrums, we're paying 80 for spectrum service, and it's only 45 for versions, and the rates as was said never go up.

horrible customer service from the workers. very minimal help which is crazy considering the fact that I brought them a customer wanting to switch from a different company (he did switch). closing time says 7pm, but they seemed to be ready to leave at 6pm. just an all around bad experience and I NEVER leave reviews.

Got a phone there last year per the offer they were advertising. I was unhappy with the service, deciding they weren’t the best fit for me, and returned it after a couple of days. Just received a call from collections a year later because they’re trying to bill me and say I had the equipment for 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unless we were enemies.

Wish they wouldn’t have lied to me telling me my phone doesn’t connect to LTE when my phone settings clearly say it does and Verizon customer support confirms it does. She also told me they have no replacement sim cards for phones that don’t have 5g, and yet when I called customer support they were happy to send me one. She could have at least let me know of a way to get the sim card. I feel like their goal is making you spend money not help you with what you have.

Great service. I spent 3 hours the day before talking with chat agents about my phone not working and got no where with them. I went in this store before work and got it fixed within 15mins! Very satisfied!!

I went in because the Verizon website and app were acting up on preordering my new phone. Olympia was super nice and helpful. She worked to save my family money on our plan and get rid of unnecessary things that were making our bill higher. Additionally, she worked with me to figure out why I was getting errors when trying to order my phone. I was very happy with my experience and the help that I received.
