One cashier and 13 customers in line! Cashier called for assistance which never came to the front! I would quit and get a new job elsewhere! Girl almost to tears from the stress and rudeness of customers complaining! Better yet, let's fire the manager, close the store and build 500 new homes!

If there was less than one star I'd like to give that.Unbelievably slow in ever manner possible. Most recent was took them a basic rx after a dental procedure and they said 2hr minimum wait. Unacceptable.Took it to Landys down the road on Clemson and they took 10min.At this point it is my own stupidity if I shop at Walgreens again.

They deserve a negative zero in my opinion. I have tried for a solid week to have a prescription refilled and it is STILL not ready. Nothing complicated, a simple prescription. 3 different visits, waited in a long line and still not ready. To say they are incompetent would be an understatement.

I already had an annoying customer holding me up. I don't need the cashier to automatically start a conversation with a the customer who pretended they didn't know what they wanted and didn't know their card pin number. Obviously racist people work here.

After 5 hours of waiting for my son's prescription to be filled and it was "still processing", I called. I waiting on the phone for 40 minutes to finally be told it wasn't in stock. So, I was told to call another Walgreens where I was again on hold for 45 minutes. After calling that one, I was told the other walgreens rep was supposed to call and NO WALGREENS has this in stock.This is RIDICULOUS. DO BETTER AND CALL PEOPLE TO LET THEM KNOW WHEN YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK. POOREST EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PURE LAZINESS.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I got my doctor to call my prescription to this Walgreens and they did not accept my insurance. No phone call to inform or anything until I got there. They said they could not call over to CVS to transfer I would have to get them to do it. Same day CVS tried to call to release my scripts and the pharmacist was gone for the day. That was 4:00 in the afternoon. Mind blown!!!!!! What if this was life saving medicine like insulin what then Walgreens? Your store manager did not have one ounce of sympathy either. Will never be back would not even spend a penny in your store again. Ridiculous!!!!!!

I used to think so highly of Walgreens but this one (and Two Notch) has been a great disappointment. Not sure why I have to provide my insurance information so many times and yet I'm still told there is no insurance information on file; my prescriptions are given cash prices or CANCELED without notification. Get new phones!! How are you too busy to speak to the people you serve? How is that even possible? I understand you want to take care of all customers and not make anyone wait longer than they have to but hanging up on callers is ridiculous. Each time, I wait on hold for at least 30 min, someone answers, and claims not to be able to hear and hangs up. The last time I asked (twice) "can you hear me?" Both times, the person answering said "NO!" HOW CAN YOU ANSWER BOTH TIMES IF YOU CANNOT HEAR ME?? If this profession is too much for you, change! Don't make everyone else suffer because you hate it there.

We loved this location for years although the last few months the pharmacy has really gone down hill! From SOME of the staff to inconsistencies with being open and closed, not having regular medication’s in stock I’m sad to say it’s become a Horrible pharmacy

My prescriptions are called in, I get 4-5 automated calls telling me the order is filled, only to get there and no medicine. And the female pharmacists accuse me (or my doctor) of not placing the order! The female pharmacists are rude and nasty to certain customers I have noticed-- particularly other female customers who come in with males (not knowing/caring what the relationship between the two actally is).People need their medications and the staff keeps messing with that process! They need to be replaced! GET BETTER EMPLOYEES![Thomas is the best, always helpful and extremely nice.]d nice to deal with.]

They need to get it together. First time I went to this pharmacy I was in line for over an hour, the second time I went to this pharmacy. I was in line for 39 minutes and they didn't have my prescription ready. Save your time and just go to CVS.

If I could give zero stars I would! We started getting prescriptions here a few months ago due to our other pharmacy stopped excepting tri care. Every month I've had a issue, automatic thing says it's ready and get there they work on it then. Prescriptions taking 6 plus hours to days to be filled is absolutely absurd and I've never had these kinds of issues with other places. My son shouldn't have to attend school without his meds, this affects one's livelihood!

Very rude and inconsiderate. I have been there three times for a medication and despite being told when to come back, it still wasn't ready and then they tell me I have to come back a fourth time. They don't care about their customers in this Walgreens. I have never been so frustrated or treated like I didn't matter.

I was in line for over 20 minutes trying to pick up my family member’s medication. The pharmacy was diligently working as best as they could and repeatedly called out IC3. I have worked in a Walgreens before and know that means they are asking the front for help. It is pathetic that no one showed up. I’m sure the pharmacy is the money maker. Mercedes is the DM and needs to get it together. I hate coming here but it’s the closest pharmacy. It’s clear that they are short staff. I honestly feel bad for pharmacy personnel.

I've been frequenting Walgreens for years and never had a problem with the pharmacy. I'm not going to get into all the details about my experience at this location. I'm new to the area went in for assistance with a prescription and hit a brick wall. The pharmacy assistant I encountered was NOT customer service friendly at all. After not attempting to render me any assistance whatsoever. I overheard her talking negatively about me after she thought I had walked out of earshot of the counter.Discussed with my experience I went out to my car called the Clemson Rd location problem solved picked up my medication within thirty minutes. They took the time to listen to my situation and cared enough to help.Needless to say I will never set foot in the Forum Rd location again and would give them ZERO stars if I could.
