“Big shout out to Chris at this store in Conway. We were traveling to the beach from out of town, and had a windshield wiper fly off (just installed at Sam's club a few days earlier). It was pouring. We stopped at the store and Chris replaced it. I tried to offer him a tip and he would not accept it. He was so helpful, got soaking wet and remained pleasant throughout. Many thanks to this exceptional young man.”

“My daughter has my old iPhone 8 Plus. She got a piece of her charger stuck inside the port. Took it to Best Buy and T mobile. Best Buy wanted to ship it out. They didn’t even try. T mobile couldn’t get all of the pieces out. Mike from Batteries and Bulbs got it out in 20 seconds. Saved me $300 from buying her a new IPhone. Love this place.”

He printed out the codes and explained our options. I offered to send him a tip via Zelle, he refused a tip and said to me; it was a pleasure assisting you, let us know how we can help if you need further assistance.
