“We are from out of town on vacation. Started having issues with a vibration in our steering. We made it to Myrtle Beach and needed a Subaru dealership to help us make sure we had a safe trip back home. Gus was phenomenal! Friendly, kind, even compassionate for our situation. He worked us in on Christmas Eve and the work began to get my Subaru fixed. They quickly called us back and told us it wasn't really what the service station thought, and Gus came thru again with an even lower price for what we actually needed! This vacation could have been full of anxiety, but Gus and the fabulous team at Subaru made our Christmas relaxing and enjoyable!! We now feel like Gus is a part of our family, such a beautiful human being who treated us like part of his family...thank you Gus and the service team for making our holiday bright!”

“I was on my way to a funeral just leaving the beach actually when my 2014 Dodge Journey started to run hot. I googled DNR and they said come in and we’ll see how we can help the people there were so friendly. They push me right to the front of the line they diagnose my vehicle And got it working properly in less than 30 minutes prior to going there. I had added coolant, but apparently it had leaked all out. One of the mechanics told me he had to bleed the line and add coolant They didn’t charge me anything and I was able to proceed to my great aunts funeral In a timely fashion, I recommend this place to any and everyone Thank you so much you guys what you did for me and my family was priceless Honorable you helped the family. You didn’t know that says a lot about you guys. Thank you.”

“On Tuesday March 24, 2026 I went to the O'Reilly's on 501 in Conway. Cameron came out with the OBD2 to help with our issue. He explained every step meticulously. He printed out the codes and explained our options. I offered to send him a tip via Zelle, he refused a tip and said to me; it was a pleasure assisting you, let us know how we can help if you need further assistance.

“After a day of terror with my car that I had just picked up from the dealership after 6 months of being worked on and being promised up and down that the battery was good and the car was safe we lost power driving down 501. Very scary as two young people who have never experienced that. My first thought was to stop at Autozone and I am so glad I did! Johnathan and Cody took the time to check my battery and explain the issues that were happening. They were compassionate and made sure we had what we needed to get the job done. Thank you to everyone who helped us last night!”
“Wonderful experience! I took my car in for a issue. They figured it out right away. They had to wait on a part, so they could not get it done the same day. The next day they were closing at 12, however they talked to me and I needed the car for work. The mechanic stayed an hour over and finished it for me. Their price was reasonable.”

They refused to service my car because they said it smelled bad and they didn't wanted to catch aids from an old fag like me. Jeremy was directed to call the police if I did exit the premises. That seemed a bit unfair to me. What do you think???”
