I have had a great experience thus far with Conway National Bank, the building on 4th Ave is really nice, everyone was friendly. I dealt with Mr. Landon Todd for a business loan and he made the process as simple as possible and had answers for all of my questions. Looking fwd to continue banking here with my business.

I'm giving Conway National Bank a 2 Star rating for their quality of service when calling their Customer Service line. 4 calls...no call backs. Nobody ever answers the phone. Totally unacceptable. Maybe I need to take my monies elsewhere?
When I do into the bank I do have good service thou.
