“Almost knocked a star off due to the national answering service gate keepers.
The website timed out and then told me that the unit wasn’t available.
Went to the location. National checked that the manager was available. Once we connected with Tammy, she made everything easy and good. Confirmed the hold was still good. Showed us the unit and toured the building.
Tammy and Co. keep a new building in excellent shape, clean and well maintained.
She was very thorough, even double checking the codes were good.
We were looking for climate controlled and access and amenities are excellent.”

“Exceptional service from Saul for getting everything ready for our rental!! He made the process super easy! Appreciated the tour we had of what was available to help us make a decision of what worked best for our needs. Overall, great and friendly service!”
“I have used this storage place a couple of times through the years. I have had an excellent experience always. Even when the office has been closed on the weekends, the manager is still available to take your calls. I would highly recommend this company if you need a storage unit. They have expanded over the years and that speaks volumes. Clean, secure, and cost-effective units.”
“This place is great. The rates are unbelievably low (60 for a 10x10 unit!). they require a deposit but you get that back when you leave. CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER only. The owners are super nice. Units are fine...a bit run down but the price is right.”

“Mr. Reid here was very helpful & understanding while assisting me with submitting payments on a couple of past due accounts. Very helpful, professional, and kind! Highly recommend to anyone needing storage in Conway!”
“This was an excellent experience right from the start, Eric Merchant was a pleasure to work with and all the drivers from delivery to pick-up to re-delivery and finally removal of pod once it was unloaded. Will use these guys in the future”
“Matt came and gave us an estimate on a local move fom a house to a townhouse. We were pleased with his estimate and his explanation of the companies policy. We were unsure of our settlement date and he said that we could call and reschedule anytime. We had to resechedule 4 times and they were more than willing to change dates each time . The workers arrived on time were pleasant and went above and beyond our expectations. Overall excellent experiance and would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“This place is awesome clean , new , and friendly staff . The two staff members that help me with my situation were wonderful and gave me hope that not everyone that work at storage facilities are heartless and evil ( like the whole new staff at SROA ) . Who ever reads don’t rent there because once the staff sees what you have they try and keep it. Come to extra space storage what a blessing..”
