“Almost knocked a star off due to the national answering service gate keepers.
The website timed out and then told me that the unit wasn’t available.
Went to the location. National checked that the manager was available. Once we connected with Tammy, she made everything easy and good. Confirmed the hold was still good. Showed us the unit and toured the building.
Tammy and Co. keep a new building in excellent shape, clean and well maintained.
She was very thorough, even double checking the codes were good.
We were looking for climate controlled and access and amenities are excellent.”

“I needed a new storage location for my trailer. This was one of the few places in the Conway Myrtle Beach area that had a spot. And the monthly rate is reasonable.
The on-site Manager Terri was professional, polite, and considerate. She explained everything about the rental procedure, the site, and how to access the secured areas.
She immediate emailed me all receipts and documents. And verified I had received them, before we moved to the next step. I was able to check my email, to acknowledge receipt on my phone.
The office is bright, clean, and organized. And they had maintenance workers on site. Sprucing up the property.
The place is nice. The reason for 4 stars and not 5? At the time I rented my parking spot, the Exit gate was broken. It could not be secured.
Terri assured me, that repair persons would have the issue corrected in a few days. I will take her at her world on this. Plus, it is unknown what will be needed to fix the problem.

Even when the office has been closed on the weekends, the manager is still available to take your calls. I would highly recommend this company if you need a storage unit. They have expanded over the years and that speaks volumes. Clean, secure, and cost-effective units.”

“This place is great. The rates are unbelievably low (60 for a 10x10 unit!). they require a deposit but you get that back when you leave. CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER only. The owners are super nice. Units are fine...a bit run down but the price is right.”
