From my very first interaction, Crystal and Michael have been fantastic. When I was originally looking for storage, Crystal returned my call right away and was so friendly and helpful that I actually drove over to meet her in person! She and Michael went above and beyond to get me set up with the right unit and a great promotional rate.
Even on move-in day, when I accidentally dropped and broke a glass frame, Michael happened to be making his rounds and immediately stopped to help clean it up.
I recently renewed my storage, and once again the customer service was outstanding. Michael responded quickly and worked with me on another promotional rate, and I also had the pleasure of meeting Jamie, who was just as friendly and helpful.
I feel completely comfortable keeping my belongings here, and Crystal, Michael, and now Jamie are a big reason I chose to stay at this location. Truly wonderful people and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”

“Plantation Storage is always clean and staff is always pleasant and helpful. Samantha is beyond helpful. Professional, pleasant, and willing to put it extra effort to answer questions. She wants to make sure you are comfortable and have the answers you need. I have seen her with other customers as well and it seems everyone gets the same service. I know dealing with the public is not always easy but you'd never know it by dealing with her. Lovely woman and I believe Samantha is everything a company would want in an employee.”

“I've been at this location for 8 years. Very secure and well-maintained facility. Rates are very stable, not fluctuating like all the other facilities every couple of months. Owners/staff have been the same over my 8 years.”
“I have had no issues in storing my boat at Best Price Storage for the past 7 years. Jeff and Wendy have been great and I would recommend Best Price Storage for anyone who needs to store their boats, vehicles or stuff.”
“They have two friendly pet turtles. They have storage unit sizes on the floor of the main office. The person running his taillight business out of one of the units moved out. You can buy snacks from the counter. They are mostly bags of chips, though. You can't rent a trailer here if you have a vehicle designed for towing that they don't like. There are no rats (that I know of) living in the storage units. This place wants to keep your stuff (if you give them money) until you decide to retrieve it so you have a more convenient life. This place doesn't serve Italian food on Saturdays. I'm unable to verify these people do not search through your stuff to find traces of your DNA to send to Chinese spies. The turtles are adorable, so I've attached pictures of one.All details are as of June 2023, and may no longer be true.”

“John the owner is a great person to work with. I stored a 40’ camper at his facility. The space was wide open and plenty of space to be able to turn and park with ease.
Plenty of lighting and the entire area is fenced in with video surveillance.
7 miles from the beach. Close enough. But far enough where anyone would have to worry hurricane flooding.
I would definitely recommend this storage area to anyone.”

“I've been renting for years but the hours of access suck. 7pm cutoff for access is alot of stress... maybe extend it to 10pm. Ive also seen signs of bug and rodent infestation on occasion. (Droppings, etc.) Furthermore, they updated the keypad that displays gibberish but it works as long as you don't accidentally hit the wrong keystroke. This has been for months. Just fix it already for what we pay. The rates seen to increase often. With what I've just mentioned, I don't understand where the extra money goes.”
