“I came into the store over a year ago and bought two pair of Brooks running shoes. Around two weeks ago I brought one pair back because close to the end of the shoe there was a small split on the material. The other pair was fine, but it was strange that I wore the shoes equally but the one had that imperfection. I brought the shoe that was damaged thinking maybe there was a warranty. Daniel the owner told it had been over a year but he was still willing to make it right. He brought two Brook shoes from the back and told me I could choose one as a replacement. I picked the brand new Brooks that I liked, thanked Daniel and I left a happy customer. Daniel went above and beyond for me even though the a year had passed. I’m glad I supported Black Dog Outfitters in Conway SC where I reside. Thanks to Daniel and the courteous professionals that work for him I will be a life long customer. God bless”

“I called up to Haberdashery to ask if they minded pulling some ties for My Husband’s birthday, as I knew the staff was familiar with his style, size, etc!! Of course they did not disappoint!! Riley, Reagan, Russell, and Tracy, picked out some beautiful ties and My Husband loved them! I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and they’d already had everything laid out and waiting to be wrapped it up in their signature black box with beautiful gold writing and gold bow. It’s the Personal touch that means the most, and all the staff here know exactly what they are doing, and they definitely know their clientele!
