“I purchased a pair of Brooks sneakers in November 2025 from this locally owned store. A few months later one of the sneakers was wearing out on the outside cloth area. I brought this issue to Daniel, the store owner on 1-5-26. He assessed the defect in this sneaker, and ordered me a replacement pair at no extra cost to me! I received my new pair on 1-9-26!! The personal and professional service at this store is second to none. You don't get this at the national big box stores, period! Thank you Daniel, and your staff that I have dealt with. “I called up to Haberdashery to ask if they minded pulling some ties for My Husband’s birthday, as I knew the staff was familiar with his style, size, etc!! Of course they did not disappoint!! Riley, Reagan, Russell, and Tracy, picked out some beautiful ties and My Husband loved them! I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and they’d already had everything laid out and waiting to be wrapped it up in their signature black box with beautiful gold writing and gold bow. It’s the Personal touch that means the most, and all the staff here know exactly what they are doing, and they definitely know their clientele!
