A great place to appreciate nature. There is woods and swamp and river but the best is the quiet.

It's a beautiful park with gorgeous views of the Lynch's River. The trails are nicely maintained. I haven't had a chance to visit the nature center, but it looks lovely. There is lots to do. There are picnic tables, grills, and there's also a campground. It's definitely worth visiting.

From Lynches River County Park
Located on Lynches River in the Pee Dee region, this 676-acre park features a river swamp with towering cypress trees and sand hills and offers a wide variety of habitats.
Popular activities at the park include canoeing, camping, nature trails, Splash Pad, picnicking, geocaching, and a visit to the Environmental Discovery Center. Our 6,400+ square foot community building can accommodate groups of up to 400 people.
