“Someone stole my debit card at 4:15 PM. By the time I realized it and locked the card down in the app it was 4:30 PM. I called my local Regions branch and let them know what happened to see if I could get a new card and they told me to head on over. It took me 10 minutes or so to get there and I had a new card before they closed at 5 PM. That is excellent service! Their lockit feature on the app prevented nine different transactions that the thief tried to use my card for before they canceled it and issued my new one! I’m a satisfied customer!”

I’m impressed with the Huntington iOS app. Compared to ones that are just poorly designed. The next step would be to add authentication app support. SMS verification codes just aren’t as safe as they used to be.
Since I’m used to quickly setting up apps without letting much time go by, the Huntington app flagged me for fraud. All I did was set up bill pay and sent a payment right away. Apparently doing all that too quickly is what flagged it since my account hasn’t been open a full day yet.
I had to go back to the branch to unlock my account. Alex helped me again! Just a simple fix acknowledging that it was me that sent the payment.
Shout out to Alex for all the help! Also the payment wasn’t urgent, but those who open an account and actually NEED to use it urgently may run into the same issue.”

“I have used this bank since they came to SC. They have banks from Florida up to Virginia with several convenient locations. I've never had any issues. They have a great fraud alert system to protect accounts. Their online banking app is top-tier. They offer Zelle and any online banking tool you may need.”

“This seems to be a really good credit union ( bank ). My daughter has an account here and I've been considering opening one myself for quite some time. For all practical purposes, this is a bank!Its more than full service! We went inside and I didn't see any of the long lines that I'd been hearing about. My daughter was waited on rather promptly. We were treated in a most courteous manner! I really don't understand why this is called a credit union and not bank. Most credit unions that I've been affiliated with over the years require a company sponsorship to open an account or for any other kind of services. I don't believe it's that way here. I was mostly just window shopping for another place to put some money. From my one time visit here I don't have any reservations about this financial institution!”

“The in-person service at this branch was outstanding. The staff is very family oriented and understanding, went in with a 3 week old, and a 2 year old child and was offered a chance to schedule an appointment or wait. I chose to wait and the kids did not ?, however the teller was quick to offer my son a soccer ball, and when our turn was up she litteraly helped me with him and gave him a coloring book, pad, pen, and crayons.
