“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Southern Auto Parts in Darlington! I had been searching everywhere for a replacement radio for my 2003 Toyota Highlander. After calling several salvage yards with no luck, I finally contacted Southern Auto Parts, and I’m so glad I did.
When I spoke with Casey, he checked their inventory and found that they had only one radio that would fit my Highlander. Even though it was the last one they had, Casey didn’t tell me it was “first come, first served.” Instead, he did something that is becoming harder and harder to find these days—he trusted me. He put my name on the radio and held it until I could make the trip to Darlington.
When I arrived, Casey remembered me immediately and personally went back to the warehouse to retrieve the radio. That level of customer service meant a great deal to me.
What made the experience even more special was that Southern Auto Parts is a family-owned business. Several members of the family were there when I arrived, and every one of them was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
