“I always receive excellent customer service at AutoZone on S. Irby. I want to give a special shoutout to the gentleman, Demetrius. I went there this past Sunday 8/23 to get my battery checked, and come to find out, I needed a new battery. Even though he was on break, Demetrius sacrificed some of his break time to put in my new battery. Not only that, he gave me a chair so I could sit inside out of the heat while he put the battery in. Now that's what you call customer service at its finest! Many thanks!! I HIGHLY recommend this store!”

“As somebody who has been led on multiple times in the past by false advertising and shady dealer practices I started the process of buying my new bike a little skeptical due to being hours away. Gary and his crew over at Generation 3 COMPLETELY changed that viewpoint for me. After Gary first returned my call well after his shop closed and he should’ve been home relaxing , I knew he was a guy I could count on.
Super friendly and easy to work with people, Gary provided great pictures and a very accurate representation of the bike to the point where they made me confident enough to start the purchase process on the bike remotely to accompany my tight time schedule. There are over 10 dealers and 100s of miles between me and Generation 3 and I will 100% be passing all those again to come back to these folks next time I’m buying a bike.

“Edit: they made good on my request to swap out the tires, even price matched the dealership and apologized for the mix up. I bumped the review up to 4 stars bc I appreciate their effort but I do feel like the review should stay up because it did happen and it could possibly happen to others. As a company use it as a learning experience and train staff on what to do in cases like this. As a corporation, a policy review needs to happen. There’s no way cash should be treated as a final sale when a number of things could go wrong. Our lives ride on our tires. There needs to be better policies in place. Thanks for correcting this issue.

I purchased tires from this shop on June 3, 2026. I went in to get my Michelin tires replaced on my Audi but I was given a quote for Lexani tires, I was hesitant but the consultant assured me that it was a good brand and a comparable switch. He set up an appointment for the installation. It took 2 hours for the install. I was irritated about that, I looked at my tires, I noticed they’d installed Delinte tires and not the lexani I was quoted for but thought nothing of it. I drove out of town and noticed that the stopping distance and grip were not that great for my all wheel drive because it almost threw me into a guard rail hanging a curve on an off ramp. So I returned to the shop to express that I did not receive the tires I was quoted and I do not like how the Delinte handle. I was told that corporate would need to look into the issue but “they usually do not refund or comp for cash sales.”
I said how could you not comp when your techs put on a different tire than I was quoted? He said he’d contact corporate and be in touch.
How long should I have to wait for their error to be corrected? WHY do I have to wait in the first place when they’re the ones that made the error?
On top of that, why was a cheaper tire installed but I was charged the price of the Lexani anyway when I hear the Delinte should’ve Been $400 out the door?
I’m requesting to be comped for the Delinte tires and have Michelin tires installed on my vehicle for a price match of $1500 from the Audi dealership minus the Delinte.
This is honestly insane and unbelievable. This issue should’ve been resolved as soon as I brought it to the shop’s attention. I shouldn’t have to wait at all. This is terrible customer service, terrible handling of the situation and poor business ethics.
I’d tell women to take a man with them so they don’t get taken advantage of by this shop. This was very much a bait and switch in my opinion”
