They refused to install a battery, let me install a battery or even look for a battery because they didn't want to move the batteries in the way to get to the one I needed. Came to O'Reilly's and 10 minutes later brand new battery installed and ready to go. And while I'm typing already working on another vehicle. Oh and the battery was 20 bucks less expensive here.”

I ordered through a major mustang supplier and Rod and Custom was third party, long story short, the main supplier dropped the ball and screwed up my order. I contacted Rod and Custom. The owner personally took care of me and made the order correct. I received it all in great condition within days. “As somebody who has been led on multiple times in the past by false advertising and shady dealer practices I started the process of buying my new bike a little skeptical due to being hours away. Gary and his crew over at Generation 3 COMPLETELY changed that viewpoint for me. After Gary first returned my call well after his shop closed and he should’ve been home relaxing , I knew he was a guy I could count on.
Super friendly and easy to work with people, Gary provided great pictures and a very accurate representation of the bike to the point where they made me confident enough to start the purchase process on the bike remotely to accompany my tight time schedule. There are over 10 dealers and 100s of miles between me and Generation 3 and I will 100% be passing all those again to come back to these folks next time I’m buying a bike.
