Keiasia was really nice if that's the one with the red dyed hair, not only was she so nice but she immediately started helping us, she was funny and didn't make fun of my disabilities at all!! The reason why I didn't give cricket five stars is because even if you pay insurance on it or a warranty you won't even get a replacement you also have to pay for an activation fee every single time you get a phone!

Breana Harris is the best. She had over 5 different guests at the store with different issues and she was able to help everyone. She had lots of pressure from costumers all at once and she’s an amazing multitasker.

I have had service with cricket for many years, and I have never had any issues with them.I have great service with them where ever I go .I would not leave them for any reason.

First off been with cricket for years. Well the Easley store finally got a woman there who knew what she was doing. Went to go pay the bill like I normally do. And found out they fired her. I said how did you Fire the only person here who knows what there doing. And knows how to run this place. She knew everything and every phone like the back of her hand. I won't be going back to the Easley store ever again.

Her DM (Jacob)was on the ball and helped to make the whole transaction a 5 star event! I was an AT&T customer for many years, but I was helping out a friend to get a CRKT account and was talked into trying this company.... overall Im impressed with your company, the quality of the service and the staff. All of the "Premier Division" !!! I am the customer with the 85 El Camino...lol.
