I was in and out of there within 10 minutes with a brand new iPhone, and my number ported over to it. The lady was very knowledgeable very friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic.

My son and I went into cricket wireless, very close to closing hours, to upgrade my son's phone. Little did we know we were going to open another small fleet if phones. The employees never rushed us out or they never keep any or in addition to of information from us. Business was handled, left in a record amount of time and we are happy. (Kudo's) hats off to ya Cricket ?

This has been my phone service for a few years now they are great people every time there's a problem they either fix it or get on the phone with somebody and get you done

The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!! I under paid my bill by $3 and they want me to pay $98 to restore my services after using them for 2 years now!! Wow I couldn't believe they would not understand and allow me to pay it $3!! I never receive any txt saying I owe $3!!

Spoke with Jessica staff member. She helped me greatly. Been locked out of my cricket account for 2 years ,no one was able to get in from cricket. She fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Also briefed me on a great deal for a better phone and the new hotspot router. Great package plan

Friendly staff that's the only good point. How can you be a phone store and not have phones other than Samsung Galaxy A11. I had a Samsung Galaxy A20. I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy A51. I walked to my current service provider that's right next door and upgraded my service and got a better deal with the phone I wanted Samsung Galaxy A51 ( for free). The monthly payment is $50 lower than Cricket wanted for 2 phones. Definitely do NOT recommend Cricket.

Phone service is completely Garbage works sometimes drops call constantly, robotic voice on calls your talking to terrible had this for 2 months and leaving for sure.

What a joke. I wouldn't buy a phone from them if they was the only cell phone company around. They didn't know anything about the phones and they wanted you to get one or leave.

the past year your service sucks I cannot get no service and I've been with y'all for going on 7 years and this is bullcrap I will be changing my service plan to someone else at the end of this month. I have called, message and went into the store and still my service is awful.
