Planet Fitness is an outstanding gym with a welcoming space for everyone in a Judgement Free Zone. The facility is consistently clean and the locker rooms are always spotless. There is a wide variety of best-in-class equipment available, so you never have to wait, and parking is convenient. The friendly staff makes every visit enjoyable, with some staff being very good at their job and caring about people. However, some reviews note issues at this location. The staff can sometimes be rude and least friendly, not greeting members as they are too busy talking amongst themselves. The showers are reported as always dirty and the tanning booths need much-needed attention and upgrade, with issues like doors not closing. There have also been isolated safety concerns in the parking area. Despite these points, many find it a fine workout facility and highly recommend it.
Black card rooms have no place to hang clothes and put your glasses and phone etc. It’s the only one I have been to without a small shelf with clothes hooks.
