“I bought a battery replacement and Nate was the associate who helped me with my purchase and with the replacement. First off, the replacement was extremely difficult due to where the battery was situated in my Ford Edge. Second, the weather that evening was freezing and poor Nate did have a coat. So he froze the whole time but stayed so respectful and positive. Not only did we get it figured out, but a female associate asked Nate to do a second one and he readily agreed so she didn't have to get out in the cold. I could not have more respect for the humility, professionalism and chivalry that Nate demonstrated. He is truly an asset as an associate but ever more so as a fellow human being. Tina, the employee that I spoke with, had the battery that I was replacing ready to go when I got there. All I had to do was give them the old battery, take the new one, and that was that. “This is my second job with Willie. First was on my grandson's Honda Accord that had body damage. Willie corrected the damage and painted it where needed. It looks great. This time I had scratches to both sides of my Acura RDX. Sent Willie the pictures and he sent me the estimate. Took the car to him on Monday and got it back on Tuesday and he did a BEAUTIFUL job. Perfect paint match and scratches all gone. Found my car body mechanic for life. Thanks Willie!!”
“I just received exceptional service by Caleb, one of the store staff or managers. If he's not a manager he should be. Caleb greeted me quickly. When I told him I needed lightbulbs for my car low beams, he showed me a plethora of options and efficiently informed me of my options. He got me in and out, and offered to install the light bulbs for me...even when that wasn't part of his job description. Caleb didn't stop there, he patiently taught me how to change the bulbs (which took five minutes tops) so I know how to going forward. Caleb is the bomb.com!
