“I bought a battery replacement and Nate was the associate who helped me with my purchase and with the replacement. First off, the replacement was extremely difficult due to where the battery was situated in my Ford Edge. Second, the weather that evening was freezing and poor Nate did have a coat. So he froze the whole time but stayed so respectful and positive. Not only did we get it figured out, but a female associate asked Nate to do a second one and he readily agreed so she didn't have to get out in the cold. I could not have more respect for the humility, professionalism and chivalry that Nate demonstrated. He is truly an asset as an associate but ever more so as a fellow human being. “I bought a battery in May 2025 and had to replace it. I called ahead to the store and they pulled up my receipt using my phone number. Tina, the employee that I spoke with, had the battery that I was replacing ready to go when I got there. All I had to do was give them the old battery, take the new one, and that was that. I was very impressed with the service. Experiences like this is why I’ve been been doing business with O’Reilly Auto Parts since 2015.”
“I needed help finding a headlamp socket wire harness for a S197 Mustang GT. The nearby AutoZone associate did a 10-sec search on their inventory, literally gave up, then suggested I try Google. So, I went down the road to this Advance Auto Parts where Frederick understood exactly what I was looking for, retrieved one of the two parts needed, and proceeded to find the second at the next nearest Advance Auto Parts store through his computer inventory. He could have stopped there, but he called the other store, had the associate there “put hands on” the part, and let him know I was coming to pick it up. This kind of service is not too common today. Needless to say, I’ll be looking to Frederick for my future auto parts assistance.”

“Top-notch service! Leaving a second review because this team truly deserves the recognition for their workmanship and customer care. I had extensive repairs done on my Lexus LC500 within the past year after hitting a deer, and the paint match and overall quality were exceptional—my car looked brand new again.
Recently, something USAA originally approved for my wheel didn’t hold up. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but the owner of McDaniels went to bat for me with USAA and got them to authorize a full replacement. They worked around my hectic schedule and had the wheel swapped out quickly—even during Thanksgiving week.
Thank you again for the outstanding work and incredible customer service. Highly recommend!”
