I had a very good and satisfying experience with the store rep last Monday, July 15th. She’s awesome. She smiles a lot and very friendly you won’t be afraid to ask questions. Keep up the good Ma’am. You are appreciated.

I had to stop by this location while moving down to Florida, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I made during that entire trip.
I was helped by a technician named Jessica, and on top of being one of the nicest ATT service techs I have ever worked with, she was very helpful and quick to setup the devices I needed to have setup for the account. She even applied the screen protectors to the two devices and did a better job than I could have hoped to do on my own?
If you're passing through like I was or live in the area, I fully recommend making this ATT store your main location for your account service needs.

I have been an AT&T customer for almost 18 years today I went into the Florence sc store to add a new line to the many many I already have.. because the account has my dad's name on it ( he passed away 9 years ago ) I was asked for a death certificate right there in the store and if I couldn't provid it "Terry" wasn't going to be able to help me. I walked out upset because who asks for that and why would I carry a death certificate?? I came home signed onto my account and added the new line from my laptop !!! I will never ever go back into this store again !!! I am appalled

Overall the experience was fair. The store rep who helped me was a sickly looking older man, very frail looking, and not very friendly. He was slow to answer my questions-so much so that I considered asking for another sales rep. I’m not very confident that the phone I ordered is the one I’ll get, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Also this store was not acknowledging appointments-it was first come, first served. I will definitely not go to this AT&T store again.

The young lady waited on me the moment I entered the Second Loop store. She went out of her way to be helpful and to set me up with a new phone. She was extremely friendly and professional.

I had to pleasure a walking into AT&T on Irby Street. To replace my phoneFrom the moment I walk-in the door until I left. Ms. Quantacia, went above and beyond in customer service. Ms. Q, was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She even recognized me when I visited the store a week later and asked if I need any more help with my new products and how was I enjoying them and if I need help, setting up any icons on my phone or if I needed anything she would be able to assist me. Is great to see A Positive attitude, along with a smiling face an excellent customer service. Thank you Miss Quantacia for all your help
