I had to pleasure a walking into AT&T on Irby Street. To replace my phoneFrom the moment I walk-in the door until I left. Ms. Quantacia, went above and beyond in customer service. Ms. Q, was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She even recognized me when I visited the store a week later and asked if I need any more help with my new products and how was I enjoying them and if I need help, setting up any icons on my phone or if I needed anything she would be able to assist me. Is great to see A Positive attitude, along with a smiling face an excellent customer service. Thank you Miss Quantacia for all your help

When I came I was greeted. Told the lady that I wanted to upgrade. The guy who was working with me, I didn’t get him name but he was a Lightskin heavyset guy and he was very rude. Telling me why am I upgrading from a 13 to a 14 when the 15 is getting ready to come out. I told him that I didn’t want the 15, I said if I’m paying why does it matter to you. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait anyway because he had to order it. I got up and left. Why tell me what to do with my money when I’m putting the money in your pockets

The sales man working there?? did not help with issue with phone. Sent me to Best Buy Geek Squad who sent me to another AT&T across the street, had to wait. But the sweetest young lady named Unique fixed the problem. If the guy at the first AT&T had done that I could have save almost 2 hrs of my Saturday. Just go to the one on front of Kohls.

Staff was friendly. Not very helpful. Seemed not to want to help me with my issues. AT&T needs to remember the reason that they are able to keep the doors open. No help in store. No help online. No help on phone.

The worst customer service ever, the older guy acted like he was slow, told me if I want a phone , go to Walmart or target, I'm like what, they didn't want to sell me a phone, the other two employees was sitting on their butts on their phones, maybe they need to be fired and hired people who wants to serve and help their customers, wonder what happen to the two nice and friendly guys that used to serve their customers,

The lady who checked us in was very polite and she listened to my issue. However ,the lady who actually assisted me was rude ,she did not listen, and she had no patience with helping us understand what she was saying. She was getting an attitude and even assured us that what she was saying was correct information when it was not. Do not recommend this place as long as she is employed there.

The worst customer service I ever had they couldn’t help me out and look up my account to upgrade my phone they just said do it yourself on the app and call customer service, like why at&t have stores if they going to say just go on the app?

This particular store has some of the rudest staff. Waited our turn for over 45 minutes. Watched other clients come in and they were welcomed but not us or another lady that resembled us. Finally it was our turn to be helped and a lady that came in 3 people behind us was called next. Really and then when questioned the response was she had an appointment. I don't buy that at all. Walked out and went somewhere else
