“We've struggled to find jeans for my daughter that fit her well. We finally found several pair for her here. One of the sales ladies was super helpful and she even went in the back to find the color/ size/cut jeans we needed, even though it was almost closing time. I hope she knows how appreciative we are.”

“I shopped here just recently and I am satisfied with the quality of the clothing. It’s very clean and neat inside. However, the prices are a little high compared to the Once Upon A Child in Columbia, but the Once Upon A Child in Columbia does not have such a great selection on boutique infant clothes which makes sense. Their Halloween selection was adorable and I did find some cute outfits. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will say that I probably will come here to shop for my boutique baby clothes and outfit sets. They seem like they have a great Southern collection which does make up for the high prices. All in all, this is a great store to come shop for name brand clothes but expect to spend a little bit more because you are getting better quality and selection than the average Goodwill would give you.”

I had to exchange several outfits and Brittany offered to order those items online and have them shipped to me. They were both helpful with the other items I purchased in addition to my exchange. I'll definitely be returning to this Carter's location.”
“This store was cute and stylish. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind to me and my children. They have a little play area for them to play in while you shop. I went there for the sole purpose to get some jeans, but they didn't have a huge selection at the time. It was spring cleaning time. I saw other things that looked nice though. I will definitely be back.”

“Very friendly staff that helped us out in this shop. They have really great prices and wide apparel selection ranging from hats to jackets. Saw a lot of my favorite brands in this place as well. Definitely worth the visit if you are in Florence. 100% recommend.”
