Staff has great personalities but limited product knowledge. Always willing to help where and when they can.

I live near columbia but decided to drive to florence just cause but very disappointed...This use to have helpful customer service, but she was obviously to busy on her phone to help or answer questions was just ready to be out of this location. I'll just stick to the stores around Columbia
