Great place to go if you want to experience general Bad Energy. I wish I could rate this place higher, I really do. I have gone in the past and gotten wonderful, friendly advice. However, the manager, who was at the counter when I went last, was downright hostile after discovering I was not a licensed professional. Their professionals only policy is not listed clearly outside the storefront, only online (I found out later). She then accused me of wanting to resell 2 boxes of over-the-counter box dye for profit. She gave me blatant misinformation, claiming this particular dye could only be purchased at CosmoProf, when Danger Jones is 1) available at another US salon retailer and 2) a sub-section of Pulp Riot, a widely distributed brand that can be found via Walmart, Amazon, and other platforms. I have already successfully dyed my own hair multiple times using it. It's a good product, as far as I can tell. No complaints there.Company policies aside, it’s hair dye, not a six pack of beer. This situation was just bizarre and unnecessary.…I’m still dying my hair at home, no thanks to this business.Regardless of if someone is a knowledgeable, licensed professional or simply someone wanting to learn more about your field, the least you can be is kind. I hope that this message reaches those who need to hear it most. Thank you. <3

I live near columbia but decided to drive to florence just cause but very disappointed...This use to have helpful customer service, but she was obviously to busy on her phone to help or answer questions was just ready to be out of this location. I'll just stick to the stores around Columbia
