I arrived at CVS for an emergency for my child having an ear infection. We got to the door at 9:45pm, all signs said they close at 10. I knocked on the door and the employees would not let me in because they were “closed”. Obviously these employees were too lazy to wait a few more minutes to start closing.

Why can’t somebody just answer the phone! This recording is maddening!! I just want to know if my prescription has been filled so I Don’t have to come up there and wait forever!

The store itself was clean and orderly. However, I was coupon shopping and didn’t go to the pharmacy or interact with any employees (used self checkout).
