“Basically once a prescription is called in within an hour you are getting notified via text that your meds are ready. They have a young employee wanting to get your info pertaining to your prescription so it's ready once you arrive at the pickup window. Sorta the same courtesy you receive at Chick-fil-A.”

“I love this pharmacy! There's nothing like using a privately owned pharmacy compared to CVS. The people know you by name, the pharmacist knows your meds (after coming filling there for a few months, obviously). If they don't have it, they can usually order it to be delivered the next day (not a guarantee for everyone). I think I've pointed out all it's strengths besides they deliver all non-controlled substance prescriptions on Thursdays. Needless to say i love this pharmacy!”

“I've been with PPSI for almost 10 years and have been treated great the entire time! Whether there's a problem with insurance or Doctor's orders they are patient and kind throughout! Karen is always helpful and even makes home visits to make sure the Doctor gets information from the equipment and that I have hoses, masks, filters,, ect. Anytime I call for oxygen refills they always deliver quickly most of the time it's the same day! I couldn't ask for any better service and it's GREATLY APPRECIATED!”

“This Walmart pharmacy? I can't gush enough about them. The staff are friendly. Not like some pharmacies where the staff seem overworked and washed out. I have used this pharmacy for more than five years and never been disappointed. They are quick and the consult pharmacist are helpful in answering questions. Hands down, unless I am forced by my insurance to go to another pharmacy, I refuse to use anyone but this one. You guys rock!!!!”
“My mother purchased her tires from Sam's Tire Center. Then, she purchased a set of replacement parts, after using the spare, due to a flat tire a few months later. The service department was kind to her, but they forgot to put her spare tire back in place under the car(left in trunk). Today, one of the store managers, Devane, helped us immediately upon hearing of the oversight. We were appreciative of his responsiveness, and we will continue to utilize Sam's Tire Center because of it. Thank you.”
“I have never had anything but a good experience with my South Irby St. Pharmacy. My prescriptions are always right, the staff is friendly and helpful, but then I always find folks to be that way when I am friendly and nice to them. The wait time is no longer there than anyplace else I have been to. Kudos gang, keep up the good work !!!”
“This pharmacy has had consistently great customer service, organization, and timeliness. Organization and timeliness are not qualities you find at every pharmacy, just the well-run pharmacies. Each pharmacist and tech at this location work hard to ensure a smooth process, and the pharmacist, despite the many tasks their role requires, ensures a brief wait for prescription education before leaving the counter. This pharmacy does not have a high enough rating for the standard of care they actually give. I get it that people vent on reviews, but this pharmacy really is great! As the sister of a pharmacist (who is not employed by walmart), I know all that goes into running a pharmacy, as well as how impatient customers can be (likely out of sheer ignorance), and I appreciate how hard the employees work here. They manage it well.”

Knowing I had been back and forth all day and it was 4 pm.. husband needed his script asap due to breathing problems… calm professional efficient knowledgeable she needs her own practice!
