“I came into cricket at this location and the woman that was working gave me a warm welcome as soon as I came into the store. She was busy with another customer and didn't ignore me she incorporated me into what she was already doing and told me if I any questions to ask her and I told her I only needed to make a bill pay and she opened the other register just to take my payment while she was activating a phone. I asked her a question about my phone and she was very informative and helped me aswell. She had great customers service and a great personality and I will be coming to this location more often. I believe her name was Kristina.”

“I purchased zstat 250 amp and 1 12in sub for installation in Chrysler 300. Installed in less than an 1hr But the install messed with my uconnect radio. XM radio disappeared from screen, touch screen wasn't working. Took it back. They were puzzled but they didn't stop until they got it back to functioning properly. They did a uconnect reset.”
