The staff in this store are not nice. The prices are way higher then any other Goodwill I shop at. For example lamp shades are 2.99 when other stores are 1.99. Things that should be priced as a pair ( book ends sets) prices separately. When high prices brought to the managers attention was not received well. They never have bags when the other stores do and when asked if they do the staff act like your asking for a million dollars. The belt line store is much better managed.

Selling a fake Yeti tumbler as genuine. Let the manager in the back know about it and she claims once it’s priced, it’s priced and no changing it. Tossing it or re pricing was not an option. Just beware and also watch out for the fake Jordan’s that get priced as legit.

I was told that the newer Goodwill stores have a boutique, a section where higher end name brands are sold locally like Michael Kors. I can confirm this location does not have a boutique. It is a large building but just the typical sections. Lots of clothes, used plates cookware etc. I like to find puzzles for a dollar or board games for $3.00. Also small section of books here.

When I walked in all I could say was, "WOW" This is the most organized Goodwill I've ever seen and the cleanest. My friend used the restroom and it was also super clean. Things that went together were wrapped together or taped together. Staff also was nice.

It is so nice to see such helpful, compassionate workers. The young man who helped me with my donations was the most pleasant, sweet helpful worker I have seen there in a long time. It was a pleasure for once seeing a worker that cares about their job. I believe I heard someone call him levy or Levi? This young man deserves a Pat on the back. When people get this kind of treatment they come back!

I'm sure you've noticed Goodwill now accept returns within 4 days with receipt "Everything except furniture computers jewelry and new items" be careful if you try to return shoes they're going to give you a hard way to go in fact the young lady tore the sign down when I tried to return a pair of shoes. I did get my money back eventually.

I was in the Goodwill on 2nd Loop Rd in Florence, SC, on Saturday April 1, 2023.I wanted to purchase a child’s golf mat. The mat was priced at $4.99. The cashier said that the price was incorrect. Then she took it to the back and said Mildred is going to price it much higher. I said well I really want the mat so let’s see what she price it for. Well, she re-priced it for $7.99. I paid for it because I needed it. However, it’s unlawful for this to ever happen. As, a customer if the price is labeled incorrectly it’s mine at that cost. There’s NO LAWs in S.C. that stand behind changing prices because it looks incorrectly . Someone needs to explain to me who is Mildred as and how is her behavior acceptable or lines up with Goodwill Core Values. Y’all are welcome to run the cameras back to verify that the tag was on the merchandise when I pick it up. I am a very disappointed customer. I love the staff at this location, but I was taken the advantage of as a customer. Please, feel free notify me for additional details.

The people who work in this GW are some of the nastiest I have come across! My daughters house just burnt to the ground leaving her family which includes 2 young children and when my daughter told him why she’s buying the stuff they had absolutely no compassion for her not I’m so sorry to hear that. Nothing. Ask them about their policy they have work vouchers for stuff. They were so uninterested and help. I’ve never shop here again.

Just looking for coffee cups and every thrift store has them but not on Sunday morning. Goodwill was only one open. Hated that I had to carry 8 breakable cups to the car without a bag or box but oh well. Found what I needed.

Still my favorite location! Always clean and organized. I have a 4 year old grandson who is learning to read. I’m able to find books by Mercer Myers for $1.90. Wooden Puzzles that are $30. new for $1.99! Wow I use common sense in my purchases by wiping them off and/or spraying with Lysol. I also make diy crafts and find Mason Jars, pictures, frames even old wreaths that I can use. Reusing & Recycling is so important to all our children and grands. Buying at Goodwill benefits the buyer, the donor, the community and an Organization that helps those in need. Final note: if you bring an items or even an item Goodwill give you a discount coupon and it’s tax deductible. It’s a Win, Win.
