Palmetto Goodwill is a well-organized and clean store where customers can find all sorts of interesting things. The prices are noted as not crazy, allowing people to buy several nice outfits for less. The staff are consistently described as nice, sweet, friendly, and helpful. Workers are compassionate, pleasant, and take pride in their jobs, providing excellent customer service with courtesy and a smile. This treatment makes customers want to come back.

Everyone at this location is so nice and welcoming. Every time I go in there’s someone always talking to me or helping me. Really awesome group of people. I love coming here because of that.
